Returns: Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number from Bargain Supply Wholesale. Return authorizations are given for incorrect Shipments and/or damaged merchandise only. All merchandise must be returned to Bargain Supply Wholesale within 30 days of receipt.
Returns without an authorization number will not be accepted. All other merchandise is sold as a final sale. Orders that are refused will be charged a 15% restocking Fee or $25.00, whichever is greater, plus all shipping charges. All orders in house will be held until all restocking and shipping charges are paid.
Claims: Claims for shortages or incorrect merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Any claims made after this period of time will not be honored. Bargain Supply Wholesale is not responsible for any handling or service charges resulting from claim.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
